Vineyard: Limestone and clay, facing south/east, 5.430 vines/ha, yeld 60q.li./ha, height 300m a.s.l.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with fermentation on the skins for 25 days. Maolactic fermentation separeted by type in French oak barrels, then aged for 18 months. After assembly, the wine rests in steel until bottling which takes place without filtration where it will finish its refinement until it enters the market
Tasting: Ruby red color. The nose is intense, persistent, wich hints of blackberry and ripe cherry and subtle notes of cinnamon. The flavor is dry, savory, warm, tannic, full-bodied and continuos. Lingering finish and close to the perfect balance. The aftertaste is made of fruity and spicy notes.
