Variety: Pinot noir.
Cultivation Zone: Municipalities of Lavis and Giovo.
Vinification: Manual harvesting in the last week of September, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, ageing in oak barriques French for about 5/6 months before bottling.
Colour: Soft ruby red.
Hint: cherry and Marasca that slowly ends in a pleasant and typical aroma of red berries of undergrowth.
Flavour: delicate and fruity, while the dense and silky tannin give it a full and pleasantly long taste.
Pairing: Aperitif, appetizers, risotto, soups, fish, white meats.
