Soft pressing and consequent static racking, alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature between 12 and 14 degrees for about 5 days, the rest of the fermentation is carried out in French Tonneaux made in oak wood, on the first passing.
Of pale yellow color with greenish hues, at the nose mild notes of vanilla and white chocolate that are combined with the typically fruity floral notes, in the mouth sapid and with a good acidity that gives freshness and length on the palate.
