GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Sagrantino.
YIELD: 70 quintals of grapes per hectare.
Kg. 1,5 per plant.
HARVEST: Mid-October. Manual in small crates.
WINE-MAKING: Fermentation on skins for 8 days. Alcoholic and malolatic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
AGEIN: In barrels and barriques for 18 months and in stainless steel tanks for 9-12 months.
BOTTLE AGEING: In bottle for 6-8 months.
RELEASE: 36 months after harvest.
MATCHES WELL WITH: Red meats, grilled meats, game, duck and wine-braised meats. Hard cheeses like parmesan or cheddar.
