LAND: Extremely sandy, rich in texture

HARVEST / VINIFICATION / AGEING: Manual with selection of the grapes in the field. After destemming and soft crushing the grapes
macerate on the skins for about 12-14 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. After racking part it is aged in French oak
oval barrels (Allier) which lasts for eight to ten months. The remaining part of the park for the same period in steel. Following aging in
bottle before release.
WINE: Deep ruby red with purple shiny reflections. The nose offers complex emerge in succession notes of black pepper, purple berries,
cherries, licorice and coffee. The warm palate is immediately plastered with textured silky tannins, lively, good acidity.
Long and balanced final.
