Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature with fermentation on the skins for about 27 days, pending on the grape variety; malolactic fermentation in stainless steel.
Ageing: in French Barriques for 14 up to 18 months, pending on the grape variety; 10 months in stainless steel prior to bottling and another 6 months in bottle before release.
Deep red color with purple veins, the nose is very pleasant, wide, elegant, with hints of undergrowth, ripe fruit, notes of tar and camphor. In the mouth it is enveloping, rich and substantial: a strong start in the mouth, with a pleasant and inviting finish.
