Vineyard Origin: Situated on a hill at an altitude of approximately 350 meters, our vineyards face west and are cultivated using the Guyot training system, following the best agricultural practices.

Harvest:
Generally taking place in the second half of October, the harvest is done manually with meticulous attention to ensure the highest quality of grapes.

Winemaking:
Vigna Tonda Trebbiano Spoletino is the result of spontaneous fermentation without temperature control. The long maceration on the skins occurs in ceramic containers, preserving the unique characteristics of the grapes.

Aging:
After racking, the wine matures in amphorae for several months, gaining complexity and aromatic depth.
