Vinification Details:
Skin contact maceration followed by gentle pressing; the obtained must is directly placed in an autoclave for fermentation for about 60 days. Subsequently, it rests on its own yeasts for an additional 100 days.

Organoleptic Characteristics:
Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish reflections; brilliant and dense foam; fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: Intense and fragrant aroma of apple and pear precedes floral notes of wisteria and acacia.
Taste: Juicy, full-bodied, and fresh, revealing an ideal fusion of savoriness, acidity, and smoothness.
Finish: Long and persistent, elegantly lingering with clear hints of ripe apple.

Serving Temperature: 7 – 8°C
