Vinification:

Vinification occurs separately for each variety, thus allowing for the maximum development of their distinctive characteristics.

Aging:

After this dance of flavors and aromas, the wine rests in second-passage French oak barrels, enriching itself with complexity and refinement for approximately 6 months in the bottle.
